At some point in time many of us face personal challenges. CIS offers access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that is offered through Reliant Behavioral Health (RBH). The EAP provides FREE confidential counseling services - in-person or over-the-phone for you and family members covered on your medical plan.
You can receive up to five (5) face-to-face counseling sessions for each new issue, including family relationships, stress, anxiety, and other common challenges with a counselor in your area at no cost to you. CALL 1.866.750.1327 to get started.

RBH offers worksite wellness and employee orientation sessions. Sessions are tailored to match specific needs or issues. Email healthybenefits@cisoregon.org to arrange sessions for your employee group.
